Some customers who made reservations at our hotels in Japan (Dhawa Yura Kyoto or Garrya Nijo Castle Kyoto) through Booking.com have received a message on Booking.com directing them to a phishing site. Please take note that these messages are not from us. The cause of this is being investigated, but we sincerely apologise for any of inconvenience this may have caused.

We advise all customers not to access files or links attached to suspicious messages or e-mails. We will not send you payment reminders or direct you to other sites without a valid reason. If you have received such a message or email, please do not click on any links provided, or make any payment. If you have any suspicions as to whether an email or message is legitimate, please contact our personnel below.

We are currently working with Booking.com to investigate the details, including the cause of the incident, and will take all possible measures to prevent a recurrence. We will make a further announcement on our website as soon as we have the details of the incident.
