The theme is based on the three "D's" of Delightful, Dynamic, and Delectable. In the stylish open kitchen, our chef offers variety of grilled dishes which brings out ingredients’ UMAMI the most, such as rare Wagyu beef, seafood, fresh ingredients carefully selected from all over Japan as well as local Kyoto specialties. From power charging breakfast to lunch and dinner, you can enjoy from a course or a la carte menu. We also have a wide selection of wines to match our dishes.
A new menu "Wellbeing Buffet" will be available at GRILL 54TH! Salads and appetizers are based on the concept of wellbeing, and we also offer healthy ingredients with a Kyoto feel and desserts in a buffet style.

Offering dinner courses, including a la carte menus featuring grilled dishes with a variety of creative flavors. At the chef's dinner course, you will enjoy our signature dish, "Steak Haché." Japanese beef fat is added to high quality Wagyu beef thighs minced to three different coarsenesses and blended in selected proportions. Each dish draws inspiration from a sensitive chef's world.
