How to Book
Please input your desired Kimono experience starting time (between 9:00 am -5:00 pm) in the special request field on the reservation page. (If the request time is unavailable, we will contact you and re-offer the option time).
Please also enter the total number of females and males in the special request field.
After you are dressed in your Kimono, your luggage and clothes will be delivered to the hotel for free.
Please return the rented Kimono to the front of the hotel by 9:00 am the following day.

Deposit Required
Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification
Cancel Policy
Reservation requires full prepayment. It is non-cancellable, non-refundable and no changes allowed. Your credit card will be charge 100% of the total reservations cost upon making reservations.
Additional Policy
An additional Kyoto City Tax will be applied per person per night. Room rate below 20,000JPY: 200JPY; 20,000 to 49,999JPY: 500JPY; 50,000JPY and above: 1,000JPY to be paid by guests directly at hotel
Child Policy
Up to two Children per room, who are aged 12 and under,accompanied by adult, stay in existing bedding for free.Extra beds are not available for all room type.When making reservation with Breakfast inclusive package, breakfast is included for children aged under 7 years, additional breakfast fee will be required for children aged 7 to 12 years.
